In accordance with the general arrangement for the revision of industry standards for industry and communications, the Ministry of China has completed the project plan for the third batch of revision of industry standards and the foreign version in 2018. Now printed and distributed to you, please carefully organize and implement. Specific requirements are as follows:

1. Standard drafting units shall pay attention to the overall coordination of standard formulation, technological innovation, test verification, intellectual property disposal, industrialization promotion, application and promotion.

2. Competent units such as standardization technology focal point units, technical organizations, relevant trade associations (federations), group companies (enterprises), etc., should make arrangements as soon as possible, timely forward the documents to the main drafting units, and do a good job in soliciting standard opinions and technical examination, so as to complete the technical examination.

3. The relevant departments and bureaus of the Ministry and local competent departments of the relevant industries shall manage the process of revising the industry standards and developing the foreign version to ensure the quality and level of the standards.
